Mangesh is a seasoned business leader with over 21 years of diverse experience in building and scaling large enterprises across sectors including Training & Skill Development, Business and Financial Services, and Consumer Brands.

Over the course of his career, Mangesh has held leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Citi Group, Quess Corp, Excelus, QDigi Services, and Earthyblend. He has also successfully led an entrepreneurial venture in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) personal care space, demonstrating his ability to drive innovation and build brands and businesses from the ground up.

At the Fornax Group, Mangesh brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial drive. He is currently spearheading the Group’s initiatives in Skill Development, International Mobility, and Strategic Growth, playing a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the organization’s impact across global markets.

Mangesh holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIIT, Durgapur, and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.

Naozer Dalal is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BPO Convergence (BPOC), a leading Business Process Management company delivering innovative customer and product lifecycle management solutions that drive growth, optimize costs and accelerate digital transformation for clients across industries.
A highly accomplished leader with 35 years of rich experience in Banking and BPM domains, Naozer is an alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad. Most recently, he served as CEO of publicly listed Alldigi Tech Limited (formerly Allsec Technologies Limited), achieving market-leading Revenue, PAT and margin growth – resulting in manifold increase in the market capitalisation.

His prior roles include leadership positions at Conneqt Business Solutions (erstwhile Tata Business Support Services Ltd – culminating as CEO), CEO at e-Nxt Financials Ltd (a Tata Enterprise), Executive Director at Prudential Process Management Services and senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, India.

He is widely recognized for his execution & strategic focus, operational leadership, customer and employee centricity, digital innovation and building high-performing global capability centers which will guide BPOC toward sustained excellence and client value.

Naozer has been closely associated with NASSCOM over the last decade & also currently serves on the Business Process Management Executive Council.

Lisa Garside brings nearly four decades of experience in the accounting services industry, with a career spanning Chartered Accountancy practices in the UK, private businesses, and manufacturing industries. She has held key financial leadership roles, including Financial Controller, and currently serves as CBO at Oremus Corporation, overseeing UK operation

With extensive expertise in financial and tax regulations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Lisa has successfully managed accountancy practices and consulted across multiple industries and geographies.

Sanjay Kothari

Group Finance Controller

Sanjay Kothari is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 25 years of expertise in corporate finance and leadership. At Fornax, Sanjay leads financial operations, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive operational efficiency, expansion, and innovation.

Before joining Fornax, Sanjay spent 16 years at Quess Corp, where he was a founding member of the finance practice. He rose through leadership roles, shaping the financial foundation of multiple business verticals.

His journey included roles such as Finance Controller for Facility Management, CFO of Magna Infotech (IT Staffing), Controller for Conneqt (BPM), and Group Controller for Quess Corp.

Mark Leighton

COO, F&A Services, UK

Mark Leighton is a finance expert with deep experience in the licensed trade sector. An economics graduate from Northumbria University, he is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes.

With a career spanning all levels of the industry, from single tenanted outlets to advising national pub company boards, Mark specializes in marketing, promotional strategies, and business growth

As a founding member of Elta, he helped establish it as a leading provider of accounting services, later advancing to his current role as COO of elta, Escribe Europe, and Oremus UK.

Praful Yerwankar

CEO, General Staffing

Praful is an experienced leader in India’s staffing industry, blending corporate expertise with entrepreneurial acumen. Beginning his career in the BPO sector, he quickly transitioned to staffing, gaining deep industry knowledge and holding key roles at Innovsource, Teamlease, and Yoma, where he made significant contributions to business growth and workforce solutions.

In 2018, he embraced entrepreneurship by founding Hands-On Management Services, a staffing firm that later merged with UNH to establish the SourceIT brand in 2019.

As CEO, Praful successfully integrated the two companies, building a strong, scalable business. Under his leadership, SourceIT has grown from deploying a few hundred staff across a handful of clients to managing a workforce of over 30,000 employees across 150+ clients.

Punithan Prakasam

COO, Fornax BPO

Punithan Prakasam brings over 25 years of expertise in U.S. Healthcare Administration and Revenue Cycle Management. A results-driven leader, he has successfully led global operations, built large-scale teams, and optimized processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing multi-site operations across India and Central America, driving profitable growth and competitive advantage.

Prior to Fornax, Punithan was COO at Exterprise, where he spearheaded scalable BPO operations. His tenure at Infinx Healthcare and Vee Technologies was marked by performance improvements, process optimization, and managing large back-office teams for healthcare payers and providers.

Punithan is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Madras.

Lalit Ananth Chawla

CEO, Oremus Corporate Services

Lalit Ananth Chawla is a Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience spanning audit, advisory, financial reporting, and strategy. He spent a decade at a Big Four audit firm, working with large public entities and multinational corporations across diverse sectors in India and abroad.

Lalit’s corporate tenure includes financial reporting, assurance, and strategic planning for a large corporate house, along with advising startups on business strategy and financial growth. Process-driven and results-oriented, Lalit brings a structured approach to problem-solving.

Saurav Lenka

CEO, Technology Staffing & Services

Saurav is a seasoned leader in India’s staffing industry, with 23+ years of experience spanning staffing, technology, finance, and operations. His expertise lies in strategy, M&A, and business transformation across staffing, IT, and consulting sectors.

Previously, he held multiple key roles at Quess Corp. Starting as Chief Delivery Officer at Magna Infotech (now Quess IT Staffing) in 2014, he later served as SVP – Strategy & Operations, driving corporate strategy, M&A, and business planning. In 2018, as CEO of Smart City & Utility Business, he built a ₹2000 Cr order book before moving on to his entrepreneurial ventures.

Saurav holds a B.E. from NIT Rourkela and an MBA from ISB.

Pinaki Kar

Group President, Technology and BPM Services

Pinaki Kar is a global business leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth and transformation in public companies across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. His expertise in digital services, strategic leadership, and M&A has helped reshape traditional IT services businesses into industry leaders.

Pinaki began his career at Wipro, holding key leadership roles over 17 years, culminating as CEO & President of Infocrossing, a Nasdaq-listed IT outsourcing firm acquired by Wipro in 2007. He later served as President & Chief Executive at Zensar Technologies and spent seven years at Quess Corp, where he built its Global Technology Services division into a top profit contributor.

Pinaki holds a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from XLRI. He currently resides in New Jersey, USA.

Vivek Desai

Vivek Desai is an IT leader with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Eligarf Technologies. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding and guiding multiple companies toward growth and success.

Previously, he was Director & Head of European Operations at Sonata Software, showcasing his leadership in global markets. Over a decade ago, he established his own technology business, contributing to industry advancements.

Beyond business, Vivek is deeply committed to philanthropy. He leads the Desai Charitable Foundation, which supports girls’ education in India, and co-founded iMeUsWe, an Indian genealogy platform preserving family histories.

Vikram Bhatia

Vikram Bhatia has 28 years of experience in the IT services industry, working across India and the US, with the last 13 years in leadership at a leading Indian retail firm. He has led teams, designed solutions, and driven business process improvements for large US-based companies with globally distributed teams.

Currently, Vikram works closely with business functions, scaling the technology division from a small unit to a critical pillar supporting supply chain, HR, store operations, and more.

Vikram holds a B.Tech from IIT Varanasi and an Executive Master’s from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.

Kamal Ramnani

Kamal Ramnani has spent the last 15 years trading CLOs (Fixed Income Securities) in New York with top institutions like Citadel and Goldman Sachs, where he last served as Head of the US CLO and Hard Asset Trading Desk.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi and Columbia University, Kamal brings deep expertise in people management, client interaction, and risk management as a board advisor to Fornax.

Anish Jain

Anish Jain is the Group CEO of ATIF, with $3 billion AUM across subsidiaries and portfolio companies. A serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, he has incubated, scaled, and exited multiple businesses globally.

Previously, he co-founded Pesa Capital, served on ETG’s Group EXCO, and led NuForth. He also held leadership roles at Accenture Consulting and HPCL-Mittal Energy. Over two decades, he has raised $20 billion for ventures across the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Anish holds an Executive Leadership degree from INSEAD, an MBA from ISB (Magna cum Laude), and a degree in Economics and Accounts from the University of Delhi. He is based in Dubai.

Hithendra Ramachandran

Non-Executive Director

Hithendra Ramachandran is a seasoned leader with 17+ years of experience in managed services space. A founding team member and board member at Quess Corp, he played a key role in its growth into India’s largest HR services provider. Earlier, he was part of PeopleOne Consulting (now Adecco India), later acquired by Adecco.

As Co-Founder & MD of Carpediem Advisors, he leads operations, transformation, and people strategy across portfolio companies.

He has served on the boards of Quess Corp and Avon Facility Management and currently holds board positions at Nyasa Retail, Adinath Agro, Flipspaces, Sukhi Online, Ivangel Sales & Services, and Woovly India.

Hithendra holds a management degree from IMD Business School, Lausanne.

Abhishek Sharman

Non-Executive Chairman

Abhishek Sharman is the Founder and Managing Director of Carpediem Capital Partners, an SME-focused private equity firm specializing in consumer and services investments. He also leads Carpediem Advisors, driving strategy, investments, and fundraising.

With over a decade of private equity experience, Abhishek has a strong track record in deal sourcing and successful exits. Previously, he was an investment professional at SUN Group (USD 2 Bn AUM) and Principal at India Equity Partners (USD 350 Mn AUM), working across multiple sectors.

Abhishek has served on the boards of Quess Corp, IL&FS Education, Sagar Ratna, Axiss Dental, Yaantra, and others. He is currently on the boards of Collateral Medical and Sindhuja Microcredit.

Abhishek holds a management degree from IIM Calcutta and an engineering degree from IIT Delhi.

Subrata Nag

Managing Director & CEO

Subrata Kumar Nag is a pioneer in the Indian staffing industry, with 32 years of experience in fostering growth and transformation. A visionary leader, he drives Fornax Corporate Services, shaping its strategy and growth roadmap.

Under his leadership, Fornax has leveraged technology to enhance human resource management services. His focus on creating a seamless technological interface for linking employment and employability aligns with Fornax’s mission to provide end-to-end HR solutions.

As a result, Fornax has rapidly scaled its operations and gained recognition for setting new benchmarks in business excellence and innovation.

Previously, as Group CEO of Quess Corp, Subrata played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a startup to India’s leading staffing giant, employing over 400,000 people. During his 12-year tenure, he led 25+ mergers and acquisitions, establishing industry leadership. Key milestones under his leadership include Fairfax’s INR 3,500 Mn acquisition (2013), IPO raising INR 4,000 Mn (2016), QIP (INR 8,739 Mn, 2017), IPP & MIS issues (INR 4,603 Mn), and Amazon’s INR 510 Mn investment (2019).
